Yoga on Sundays!
November 10 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
Yoga, Mindfulness, and Mimosas!
Triskelion Brewing Company and the yoga community are growing in Hendersonville, so why not do it together! Come join local yoga teacher and lifestyle medicine nurse, Tamara Bernazky-Alm, for all levels yoga… – Yoga, Mindfulness, and Mimosas! – at Triskelion on Sundays at 11am.
Even if you’ve never done yoga before, this is the class for you… The brewery wil open early just for the yoga practicioners so that the semi-private class can start at 11am, and be over right when we start pouring beers and serving mimosas and snacks at noon.
It’s free too… all you need to do is bring a yoga mat and an open mind!
We will learn stress busting techniques through yoga, breathing and methods to calm the mind and body; all served with a dash of science! After class, the brewery will open and we will continue the fun by imbibing on a mimosa (or two) or indulging in a delicious Triskelion pint.
Tamara Bernazky-Alm is an exeprienced teacher and her love of yoga began in 2007, which quickly led her to a 200hr RYT at Joyful Yoga in Bonita Springs, FL. Through the years, her yoga education continues through trainings, certifications, conferences and enrollment in 300hr RYT at Asheville Yoga Center.
Tamara’s formal education in biology, psychology, nursing and profession as a Lifestyle Medicine Registered Nurse, complement her personal practice and teaching. In Tamara’s teachings, her intention is to create an environment that aims to encourage your personal growth, support your love of yoga, but to also educate on the science of “why we practice yoga and meditation”.
In addition to embodying your practice, Tamara believes that “when we understand the rationale of why we are doing what we are doing, we are more likely to integrate yoga and meditation as a meaningful, lifelong habit for a healthy, adaptive, connected and fulfilling life.”
If you would like to deepen your yoga practice with Tamara, you can find her at Hendersonville’s Yoga and Massage (YAM) and a nightly class at the YMCA.
So… to sum up… 11am-Noon. Sundays… Free, hour long yoga class for all experience levels…
Let us know if you plan on coming out so we know how much room to make for everybody.
